Passed through while on a weekend vacation and grabbed my Nutella donut...
Diane was so friendly placed my donut in a box, so that the chocolate wouldn't stick to the top side if the bag...
I have never been given this treatment in Toronto! THANK YOU so much! It's little gestures like these thay really make a difference! -

This use to be the best Tim Hortons in the area but the last few months they've gone done hill, coffee always tastes burnt, the always forget my bacon on my bagel, or so little cream cheese it looks like the put it in and scraped it off and I don't mean like the usual little amount at most Tim hortons this is like 1/8 of a tsp on the entire bagel and all these things are happening regularly now, I miss the way this Tim Horton's use to be!

Hello,
My husband and a good friend were passing through Stayner on a Saturday, November 4th/2017 around 4:30pm.
I ordered a chipotle steak sandwich to have inside their restaurant, I sat down, opened the sandwich and saw minuscule pieces of meat that looked like shoe leather.
I couldn't believe they passed this onto me thinking it looked okay.
The photo on their display board definitely didn't come close to what I received...SHAME ON THEM!
I hope the owner of this restaurant keeps a closer watch of what is going on and that hopefully for his or her sake there won't be anymore slip-ups.

If you frequent different Timmy's locations, you'll know that your order can turn out differently from store to store..
Fortunately this Stayner location reliably serves Regular coffees / Ice coffees / Half coffee & Half hot chocolates with the correct proportions. Ice coffees aren't overloaded with ice, regular coffees aren't overloaded with sugar, etc. A favourite location to stop on the way back from Blue Mountain visits.
